Orders and delivery

Include your order number, the email used at checkout and a clear description of your enquiry. For a delivery issue, include the tracking reference where available.

Returns, cancellation and refunds

Clearly identify the order and item concerned. To request cancellation, state clearly that you wish to cancel and keep a copy of your message.

Request the correct return destination and instructions by emailing sac@storeramirez.shop. Do not assume that an outbound parcel address is the returns address.

Payment enquiries and complaints

For an unexpected charge, duplicate payment, refund enquiry or complaint, include the order number, relevant transaction date and the outcome you are requesting.

Privacy enquiries

Send privacy requests to the same email address, explaining the information or right concerned. Proportionate verification may be necessary before personal information is disclosed or changed.

Do not email full card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time authentication codes.
