1. About these terms

These terms govern purchases from the RAMIREZ online store. Read them with the product information, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy presented before checkout.

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase contract or act with the permission of a person who can. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

2. Product information

Before paying, check the product description, available measurements, size, colour, quantity and contents of any set. Size labels may differ between products.

Minor screen-related colour variations do not excuse a material difference from the description, an incorrect item or a product fault. We remain responsible for the accuracy of our descriptions and offers.

3. Prices and payment

The transaction currency, item prices, applicable discounts, delivery charges and taxes collected by RAMIREZ are shown with the checkout total before payment.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rates or fees under your agreement with that provider.

Use a payment method you are authorised to use and provide accurate billing and delivery information. We may perform proportionate security checks before dispatch.

4. Processing and order corrections

Review and keep your order confirmation. An order confirmation or shipping-label notification is not proof of dispatch or delivery.

We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock issue, an unresolved payment-security concern, a legal restriction or a material pricing error. We will explain the issue and promptly refund any payment due for goods we cannot supply.

We will not increase the price charged or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. These provisions do not postpone statutory dispatch, delivery or refund obligations.

5. Delivery and requested changes

Delivery arrangements disclosed for your order form part of the purchase information. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect or a change is needed.

Changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. Actual, disclosed and lawful additional costs may apply to a customer-requested delivery change.

A parcel being in transit does not automatically remove cancellation rights. A delivery scan is relevant evidence, not an automatic bar to investigating a genuine non-receipt claim.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellation requests and refunds are handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law. Any legally required remedy takes priority over a conflicting store condition.

7. Payment enquiries and disputes

If a charge is unexpected, review your order confirmation and email sac@storeramirez.shop with the relevant details. For an unauthorised payment, contact your payment provider promptly.

Contacting our team first is encouraged for resolution but is not a condition restricting a non-waivable right to raise a dispute.

Where relevant and lawful, RAMIREZ may provide accurate order records, payment-verification results, communications, fulfilment records, tracking and delivery evidence to the provider investigating a dispute.

Customers must not knowingly submit false statements or seek duplicate reimbursement for the same transaction. An open dispute is not, by itself, proof of fraud.

We do not impose an automatic chargeback fine. Refunds and dispute credits must be coordinated to avoid duplicate compensation while preserving any remedy legally due.

8. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person's identity or payment information.

Store content may be used for personal shopping. Commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless permitted by law.

9. Service issues and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access. A technical error does not remove our obligations for a paid order.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or another liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Complaints and legal protections

Send complaints to sac@storeramirez.shop, including your order number and the resolution requested.

These terms do not remove mandatory protections applicable to your transaction or require you to surrender access to a court, regulator, ombudsman or payment-provider remedy available by law.

11. Updates

Updates apply to future transactions and do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
